Hello! I am a high schooler with a love for cooking and baking. What started as a place to post my food pictures has turned into a blog about all things food. Although I have many varied interests, from the sciences (especially chemistry) to history and anthropology, food unifies them all. This blog is inspired by The Food Lab, courses I have taken in the past, and the countless hours I have spent watching Tasty videos. I often end up with unintended results when creating in the kitchen, so I thought it would be interesting to experiment and learn the scientific concepts during the cooking process to create more precise and perfect recipes.
